Returns & Refunds Policy
At Leather Jackets Canada, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return your leather jacket, please review our Return Policy below for eligibility, shipping charges, and special exceptions.
1. Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Customized or final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
2. Return Shipping Charges
- Standard Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
- Use a trackable shipping method of your choice and retain your receipt or tracking number for proof of shipment.
3. Exceptions—When We Cover Return Shipping
Leather Jackets Canada will cover return shipping charges only if:
- The shipped product was not as advertised (e.g., wrong style, size, or color delivered).
- The jacket arrived damaged or defective upon delivery.
In these cases, please contact Customer Support immediately upon receipt so we can provide a prepaid return shipping label.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of approval or rejection.
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs (except in exception cases above) are non-refundable.
